1999～2008年中山市古镇镇居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况分析

目的分析中山市古镇镇居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况,为制订恶性肿瘤防治对策与措施提供依据。方法对1999～2008年全镇恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行死因分类并流行病学分析。结果 1999～2008年全镇恶性肿瘤标化死亡率为103.81/10万,男女性别比为2.03∶1。10年间主要恶性肿瘤死亡率前5位依次为肺癌、肝癌、食管癌、直结肠癌、鼻咽癌,占恶性肿瘤死亡居民的64.51%。在恶性肿瘤死亡年龄分布上,〈40岁组保持在较低的水平,≥40岁组恶性肿瘤的死亡率随着年龄的增长而升高。单癌种以肺癌的死亡率最高,且有逐年上升趋势。消化系统肿瘤占恶性肿瘤死亡居民的46.54%。结论恶性肿瘤已成为古镇镇居民死亡的主要疾病,应加强肿瘤防治力度,提高居民防癌控癌意识。

Analysis on the death caused by malignant tumor of Zhongshan Guzhen residents in1999-2008

Objective To analyze malignant tumor death situation of Zhongshan Guzhen residents, and provide basis for the formulation malignant tumor prevention countermeasure and the measure. Methods The malignant tumor death material in entire town during 1999 to 2008 were analyzed, the cause of death and the epidemiology were analyzedd. Results The entire town malignant tumor sign mortality rate in 1999-2008 was 103.81/100,000, and the male and female sex ratio was 2.03 ∶1. In the recent 10 years, the top five malignant tumor mortality were the lung cancer, liver cancer, esophagus cancer, series cancer of the intestines, pharyngeal cancer in turn, which accounted for 64.51% of the malignant tumor death. In the malignant tumor death age distribution, the 40 year old group maintained at the low level, and the ≥40 year old group malignant tumor＇s mortality rate elevateed along with the age growth. Lung cancer mortality rate was the highest, and it was increasing year by year. The digesting system tumor accounted for 46.54% in the malignant tumor death. Conclusion The malignant tumor has become the main illness sickness to the death of Guzhen residents.It should strengthen the tumor prevention dynamics, and enhance the realization of Guzhen civil to defense and control the cancer.
