1993名男教师健康体检结果分析

目的了解某区中小学男教师群体健康状况和疾病谱分布情况,为教师人群健康情况的随访管理和疾病进行干预提供基础信息及依据。方法对2011年某区中小学1993名男教师健康体检资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果高尿酸血症检出率最高,达44.45%。脂肪肝、超重、高三酰甘油血症、高血压、高血糖的检出率也相对较高,分别为30.10%、27.44%、16.95%、7.52%、5.87%,且有年轻化趋势。结论体检结果显示,某区中小学男教师群体健康状况不容乐观,以代谢性疾病为主,须倡导健康与良好的生活方式及饮食习惯,同时加强体育锻炼有助于预防疾病,定期健康检查能对疾病乃至疾病发生危险因素做到早预防,早发现,早治疗,从而提高生活质量。

Analysis on physical examination data of 1993 male teacher

Objective To understand the health status and the types of diseases of 1993 male teachers.To provide basic information and basis for follow-up management and disease intervention of the health information of teachers. Methods The physical examination data of 1993 male teacher from a district in 2011 was analyzed. Results The detect rate of Hyperuricemia was highest,about 44.45%. Also, the detect rate of fatty Liver （30.10%）,Overweight and obesity（27.44%）, Hypertriglyceridemia（16.95%）, Hypertension （7.52%）, and Hyperglycemia （5.87%） were higher, with a younger tendency. Conclusion The health status of male teachers from a district was not satisfied. The major diseases were metabolism diseases. Healthy and satisfactory life style must be taken,and food habits must be changed. Besides, enhancing of physical exercise is good for health. Regular health checks can do early prevention, early detection and early treatment for disease or disease risk factors, thereby improving the quality of life.
