围术期心理护理干预对术后镇痛效果的影响研究

目的分析围术期心理护理干预对患者术后镇痛效果的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2013年3月于本院进行手术治疗的66例患者，用随机数字表法将其分为对照组33例和观察组33例，对照组按照围术期常规护理进行干预，观察组则在围术期常规护理的基础上进行心理护理干预，并对两组患者术后12、24及48h的VAS评分和干预前后的HAD评分、患者对镇痛的满意度进行比较。结果观察组术后12、24及48h的VAS评分均优于对照组，HAD评分阳性率低于对照组，患者对镇痛的总满意率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论围术期心理护理干预对患者术后镇痛效果的影响较大，患者的满意程度相对更高。

Study on the influence of psychological nursing intervention during the perioperative period for the effect of postoperative analgesia

Objective To analyze the influence of psychological nursing intervention during the perioperative period for the effect of postoperative analgesia. Methods 66 patients treated with operation in our hsospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as research object, and they were divided into control group （33 cases） and observation group （33 cases）, the control group were intervened with routine perioperative nursing,the observationgroup were inter- vened with psychological nursing intervention based on the routine perioperative nursing, then the VAS score at post- operative 12 h,24 h and 48 h, HAD score before and after the intervention and satisfaction degree of patients for the analgesia of two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of observation group at postoperative 12 h,24 h and 48 h were all better than those of control group, the positive rate of HAD score was lower than that of control group, total satisfaction rate of patients for the analgesia was higher than that of control group, the differences were all statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The influence of psychological nursing intervention during the perioperative period for the effect of postoperative analgesia is great, and the patients＇ satisfaction degree is relatively higher.
