优质护理服务对高血压患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨优质护理服务对高血压患者生活质量的影响,为进一步改善护理服务质量提供指导。方法选择本院2011年12月～2012年12月收治的248例高血压患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组,实验组124例接受优质护理服务,对照组124例接受常规护理干预,观察两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和简明健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分情况以及血压变化情况。结果实验组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;对照组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分与干预前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者SF-36中的9个项目评分比较,实验组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预前两组患者收缩压和舒张压差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后两组患者收缩压和舒张压均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且实验组下降程度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理干预能够明显改善患者的心理状况,更好地控制血压,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

The impact of high-quality nursing on the life quality of patients with hypertension

Objective To discuss the impact of high-quality nursing on the life quality of patients with hypertension,in order to give guidance for the further improve of the nursing quality.Methods 248 hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012 were selected as research objects,and all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（124 cases）received high-quality nursing,while the control group（124 patients） received the routine nursing intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and SF-36 between the two groups and the blood pressure changes before and after the nursing was observed.Results SAS and SDS scores of the patients in experimental groups before and after the intervention had significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）;the SAS and SDS scores of patients in control group before and after the intervention had no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）;the 9 projects scores of SF-36 in the experimental group was significantly better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significance（P＆lt;0.05）;the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients in the two groups had no statistically difference before the intervention（P＆gt;0.05）,after the intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients in two groups was significantly lower than before（P＆lt;0.05）,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was significantly decreased than that of control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention can significantly improve patients’mental status,and can better control the blood pressure,and improve the life quality of patients,which is worthy of wide dissemination.
