乳腺钙化在乳腺钼靶诊断中的价值

目的评价分析乳腺钙化在乳腺钼靶诊断中的临床价值，为今后的临床诊断工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法选择本院2011年3月～2013年2月收治的乳腺病变经乳腺钼靶检查证实存在钙化患者117例．将其按照病变性质分成良性组和恶性组，对比分析两组患者的钙化形态、分布、大小以及密度等。结果乳腺良性病变和恶性病变患者均可出现钙化现象，良性组74例患者钙化灶特点表现为粗大颗粒状钙化为33．78％，蛋壳状空心钙化灶为24．32％，爆米花样钙化为25．68％，环形钙化为16．22％；恶性组43例患者钙化灶特点表现为成簇状分布为53．49％，针尖状钙化为18．60％，颗粒状为27．91％。恶性病变与良性病变者的钙化形态、大小密度以及分布情况差异有统计学意义。结论在乳腺钼靶检查中对乳腺钙化灶进行分析，可鉴别病变的良、恶性，提高了临床诊断和鉴别诊断的准确率，值得关注。

Value of breast calcify in the diagnosis of breast mammography

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical value of breast calcify in the diagnosis of breast mammogra- phy, in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis in future. Methods A retrospective analysis was conduct- ed on 117 cases of patients with breast calcify confirmed by breast mammography were selected in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013.According to the lesions nature,they were divided into malignant group and benign group.And a contrastive analysis was conducted on the patients in two groups with shape,distribution,size and density of calcification. Results Calcification could appear on patients with breast benign lesion or malignant lesion.74 patients in benign group with calcification characteristics：coarse granular calcification in 33.78%,eggshell hollow calcification in 24.32%,popcorn calcification in 25.68%,annular calcification in 16.22%.43 patients in malignant group with calcifica- tion characteristics：clustered distribution in 53.49%,pinpoint calcification in 18.60%,granular in 27.91%.There were obvious differences between patients with breast benign lesion and malignant lesion on shape,size,density and distribu- tion of calcification. Conclusion Analysis on calcification in mammography can identify benign and malignant lesion, and increase the accuracy rate of clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis.So it is worthy of attention.
