医院信息系统在药房管理中的应用分析

目的探讨医院信息系统在药房管理中的应用效果情况。方法分析2012年1月～2013年1月200例来本院就诊用药患者的临床资料,依据是否在药房管理过程中应用医院信息系统进行分组,其中,对照组100例患者参与了药房管理应用医院信息系统之前的调查,观察组100例患者参与了药房管理应用医院信息系统之后的调查。结果观察组患者对于药房管理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=22.22,P〈0.05）。结论为了实现信息资源的共享,高速准确的信息查询及统计,简化取药过程,减少药品库存,降低浪费,提高工作效率,并提供有价值的数据以供决策,在医院内部进行医院信息系统的建设是一个十分有效的科学管理手段。

Application analysis of hospital information system in pharmacy management

Objective To probe into the application effects of hospital information system （HIS） in pharmacy manage- ment. Methods Clinical data of 200 cases whom treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were ana- lyzed and evenly divided into control group and observation group based on whether the HIS has been applied or not in pharmacy management. In control group, participants were involved in survey before application of HIS in pharmacy management, while in observation group, the survey was carried out after the application of HIS. Results The patients＇ satisfaction of the .pharmacy management in observation group was much higher than that in control group, the differ- ences was statistically significant （x^2=22.22, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In order to realize the sharing of information resource, query and sum up information accurately and fast, simplify the dispensary process, reduce drug inventory, decrease waste, improve efficiency, and provide valuable data for decision-making, the application of HIS in hospital is an ut- terly effective means of scientific management.
