氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果分析

目的分析氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年1月～2013年2月收治的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者．将其随机分为观察组和对照组各40例．对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷和低分子肝素，分析两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95．00％，心电图改善总有效率为97．50％：对照组患者的治疗总有效率为72．50％，心电图改善总有效率为82．50％。观察组的临床疗效、心电图改善情况均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切，无明显毒副作用，值得临床推广应用。

The effect analysis of clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To analyze the effect of clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to February 2013 were selected.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,the regular treatment was provided,while in the observation group,on the basis of regular treatment,clopidogrel and low molecular heparin were added.The effects in both groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,the total ef- fective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram improve- ment was 97.50%;while in the control group,it was 72.50% and 82.50% respectively.The clinical effect and improve- ment of electrocardiogram in the observation group were both superior to those in the control group （P〈O.05）.Condu- sion Clopidogrel combined with low molecular heparin has a definite effect on treating unstable angina pectoris,without obvious side effect,it is worthy of expansion in clinic.
