摘    要:目的探讨经皮扩张气管切开术在神经外科危重患者中的应用价值及手术方法。方法回顾性分析75例神经外科危重患者,均实施经皮扩张气管切开术并观察其疗效。结果75例患者均手术成功,术中、术后无严重并发症。结论经皮扩张气管切开术具有操作迅速、微创和并发症少等优点,在神经外科危重患者救治过程中有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:objective To explore the application value and operational method of percutaneous dilational tracheostomy (PDT) in critically ill patients of neurosurgery.Methods 75 cases of critically ill neurosurgery patients were retrospec- tively analysed and implemented percutaneous dilation tracheotomy and its curative effect was observed.Results 75 cases of patients were all succeed in their operation,there were no severe applications after operation.Conclusion The method of PDT has the advantages of rapid operation,minimally invasive and less complications,which has higher clini- cal application value during the treatment of critically ill patients of neurosurgery.
