医护人员医院感染相关知识及意识调查研究

目的调查研究医护人员医院感染相关知识掌握情况及意识情况。方法选取2012年2月～2013年1月本院78名医护人员为研究对象,将所有医护人员的医院感染相关知识掌握情况及意识情况进行评估,并将其中不同工作年限与工作岗位医护人员的评估结果进行比较。结果工作年限较长人员医院感染相关知识掌握情况及意识情况均优于工作年限较短者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而医生与护理人员差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论不同工作年限的医护人员医院感染相关知识掌握情况及意识情况存在明显的差异,而医生与护理人员之间则无明显差异。

Investigation on hospital infection knowledge and awareness of medical workers

Objective To investigate the hospital infection related knowledge and awareness of medical workers. Methods 78 medical workers in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were selected as study object, whose hospital infection related knowledge and awareness were evaluated, assessment result of medical workers with different working years and jobs were compared. Results Hospital infection related knowledge and awareness of medical workers with longer working was better than that of medical workers with shorter working, there was significant difference （P 0.05）, but there was no significant difference between doctors and nurses （ P 0.05）. Conclusion There are significant diffrences on hospotal infection related knowledge and awareness of medical workers with different working years and jobs, but there is no significant diffrence between doctors and nurses.
