| 摘 要： | 现有抗高血压药物的作用主要包括舒张血管、保护血管内皮功能等。从传统中药中研究和发现能够平稳降压、防止反跳的药物是当今中药研究的热点之一。中药活性成分的抗高血压机制主要包括内皮依赖性舒张作用、非内皮依赖性舒张作用、抑制C反应蛋白以及抑制蛋白激酶C（PKC）等,本文就中药活性成分的舒张血管作用的相关研究进展,按照其作用机制分别进行综述。

| Abstract: | The effect of existing anti-hypertensive drugs included vasodilation, protecting endothelial function, etc. To find the traditional Chinese drugs that can stabilize blood pressure and prevent rebound is one of the hotspots of the current traditional Chinese medicine research. Studies showes that the main anti-hypertensive mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients include endothelium-dependent vasodilation, non-endothelium-dependent vasodilation, inhibition of C-reactive protein, inhibition of protein kinase C （PKC）, etc. This paper reviews the action mechanisms of vasodilation of the traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients. |
