| 摘 要： | 目的探讨围术期护理干预对甲状腺腺叶切除术效果的影响。方法回顾性分析86例甲状腺肿瘤行腺叶切除术患者的护理资料。结果本组1例暂时性声音嘶哑，1例切口内出血引起呼吸困难，均经及时正确处治痊愈出院，其余84例患者未发生并发症。结论充分做好术前准备，加强术后病情观察，提高护理质量，能预防和减少手术后并发症的发生，降低术后风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on the effects of patients un- dergoing thyroid lobectomy. Methods The nursing data of 86 patients undergoing thyroid lobectomy was analyzed re- spectively. Results In these patients, 1 cases occured temporary cerchnus, 1 case occured dyspnoea caused by hemor- rhage of incision, they all treated properly in time and discharged, no complications were observed in other 84 patients. Conclusion Perfect preoperative preparation, enhanced postoperative observation and improved nursing quality could prevent and reduce the post-operative complications, and thus reduce postoperative morbidity. |
