腹腔镜一期胆囊切除联合阑尾切除术与胆囊切除术的临床疗效分析

目的分析腹腔镜一期胆囊切除联合阑尾切除术及腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床效果。方法将本院2005年1月～2012年7月进行腹腔镜下同期胆囊加阑尾切除术的患者45例作为观察组．行胆囊切除术的患者40例作为对照组，比较两组患者的术中、术后恢复以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生率与对照组比较，组间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论严格遵循外科原则，合理应用手术技巧，腹腔镜一期胆囊切除术联合阑尾切除术是一种安全、有效、社会经济效益显著的外科技术。

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy joint appendectomy and cholecystectomy clinical efficacy analysis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of a laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined appendectomy and la- paroscopic cholecystectomy surgery. Methods 45 cases of laparoscopic gallbladder plus appendectomy patients in our hospital from January 2005 to July 2012 were selected as the observation group, and 40 cases of cholecystectomy pa- tients were selected as control group.The intraoperative postoperative recovery and complications of two groups were compared： Results Two groups were compared, the blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time, ambula- tion time, hospital stay, and incidence of complications was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Surgical techniques strictly follow the surgical principles of rational application of surgical techniques, a laparoscopic choleeys- tectomy and appendectomy resection is a safe, effective, and significant social and economic benefits .
