小儿脑性瘫痪合并癫痫的综合康复治疗

摘    要:目的观察采用综合康复治疗法治疗小儿脑性瘫痪合并癫痫的效果。方法对照组使用物理疗法(PT)(以Bobath法为主)及抗癫痫药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用综合康复治疗。结果经过6个月的治疗后,观察组的总有效率为93.9%,明显高于对照组的73.5%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在使用PT(以Bobath法为主)及抗癫痫药物治疗的基础上联合综合康复治疗,患儿运动功能改善状况更加明显,是治疗小儿脑瘫合并癫痫的有效方法,值得临床推广运用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on infantile cerebral palsy combined with epilepsy.Methods The control group used PT(Bobath method mainly) and antiepileptic drug therapy,while the treatment group additionally used comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.Results After the treatment for 6 months,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.9%,which was ob viously higher than that of control group(73.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of PT(Bobath method mainly) and antiepileptic drug treatment can improve the movement function of children patients more obviously.It is an effective treatment method for infantile cerebral palsy combined epilepsy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
