宫腔镜下行子宫纵隔切除手术与妊娠结局分析

目的分析宫腔镜下行子宫纵隔切除手术的效果与术后妊娠结局。方法选取2000年1月～2010年1月收治的60例子宫纵隔患者,分为A组与B组,分别采用宫腔镜下及传统开腹行子宫纵隔切除手术治疗;对两组手术情况及术后妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果 A组患者术中出血量少于B组,且手术时间与住院时间均短于B组;A组患者未见明显并发症,B组并发症发生率为6.7%;A组患者术后妊娠率为80.0%,其中妊娠后流产率为4.2%,顺利分娩率为95.8%;B组患者术后妊娠率为70.0%,其中妊娠后流产率为14.3%,顺利分娩率为85.7%;两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜下行子宫纵隔切除手术临床效果更为明显,术后对患者的妊娠结局改善更明显,值得推广应用。

Analysis about mediastinum womb excision under hysteroscopy surgery and pregnancy outcomes

Objective To analyse the effect of mediastinum womb excision under hysteroscopy surgery and pregnancy outcomes after the surgery. Methods 60 cases patients with mediastinum womb were selected from January 2000 to January 2010,and then divided into group A and group B,and used mediastinum womb excision under hysteroscopy surgery and traditional laparotomy mediastinum uterus resection surgery respectively;The operation situation and preg-nancy outcomes after the surgery of the two groups were compared and analysed. Results The intraoperative blood loss of group A was relatively less than that of the group B,and operation time and hospital stay were significantly less than that of the group B;There had no obvious complications of group A,and the complications rate of group B was 6.7%. Postoperative pregnancy rate of group A was 80.0%,and the abortion rate after pregnancy was 4.2%,the rate of child-birth smoothly was 95.8% ;Postoperative pregnancy rate of group B was 70.0% ,and the abortion rate after pregnancy was 14.3%,the rate of childbirth smoothly was 85.7%;The comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect is more apparent,and postoperative improvement is more obvious on pregnancy outcome,the clinical should promote widely.
