老年肺癌患者营养支持治疗对化疗过程中生活质量的影响

目的研究老年肺癌患者营养支持治疗对其化疗过程中生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2011年11月～2012年11月在本院接受治疗的120例老年肺癌患者为研究对象，将所有患者严格按照随机分组原则分为营养支持治疗组和对照组各60例，所有患者均根据医嘱接受治疗，包括手术治疗或联合化疗。其中营养支持组患者根据其病情程度，选择肠内或肠外营养支持。每人每天保证200g的葡萄糖供给，蛋白质根据体重进行摄人，再根据患者的不同营养状况摄入微量元素及矿物质。两组患者均接受治疗2个月后，分别使用世界卫生组织制定的生活质量量表（HQOL）对于所有患者从各方面进行生活质量的评定。结果营养支持组患者的心理、总体健康、生活状况、生活能力、睡眠等各方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），社会能力差异无统计学意义，营养支持组患者的生活质量优于对照组。结论对老年肺癌患者实施特殊营养支持治疗是提高患者生活质量，兼顾其慢性病、基础病治疗的最佳有效方案，值得临床推广使用。

Influence of nutritional support therapy on quality of life in elderly pa- tients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To study the influence of nutritional support therapy on the quality of life in elderly lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 elderly lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2012 were selected as the subjects.All the patients were divided into nutritional support therapy group and control group in strict accordance with principle of randomization,with 60 cases in each group.All the patients received treatment according to doctor＇s advice,including surgical treatment or combined chemotherapy.Patients in the nutritional support group selected enteral or parenteral nutritional support based on the severity of disease.Every patient received 200 g glucose and ingested certain amount of protein based on weight.Be- sides,patients also ingested trace elements and minerals according to the nutritional status of their own.After 2-month treatment,the health-related quality of life scale （HQOL） made by WHO was used to assess patients＂ quality of life in various aspects.Results Patients in the nutritional support group showed significant difference in various aspects such as mental status,general health,living condition,living ability and sleep compared with the control group.Except social competence showing no significant difference,indexes of quality of life in patients of the nutritional support group were all better than those of the control group.Conclusion Giving special nutritional support therapy to elderly lung cancer patients is the best effective treatment regimen that can improve patients＂ quality of life and give consideration to both the treatment of chronic disease and that of basic disease,thus it is worthy of wide clinical application.
