| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照试验方法，将2011年10月。2012年10月136例行子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组72例，对照组64例。实验组按临床护理路径进行护理，对照组予以常规护理。结果两组患者的肛门排气时间、住院时间、住院费用、健康知识达标率和患者满意率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），实验组明显优于对照组。结论临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者可减少肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、降低住院费用，增强患者依从性．提高健康教育效果和护理满意率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in uterine fibroids laparoscopic operation. Methods 123 patients undergone uterine fihroids laparoscopic surgery from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 72） and control group （n = 64） by randomized controlled trial. The experimental group was provided with clinical nursing pathway, while the control group was given regular nursing. Results The diferences of anus exhausting time, hospital stay, hospitalization cost, qualified rate of health knowledge, and satisfaction in both groups were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, which indicated the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in uterine fibroids laparoscopic operation can reduce the time of intestinal function recovery, hospital stay, and hospital cost, enhance patient＇s com- pliance, and improve health education effect and nursing satisfaction. |
