超声引导乳腺肿块穿刺活检在基层医院的应用

目的探讨基层医院开展超声介入性诊断乳腺肿块的穿刺活检的意义。方法对46例患者采用迈瑞M7超声机,采用巴德全自动枪,用14G/16G粗针穿刺取物对乳腺肿块进行穿刺活检。结果 46例患者均超声引导成功穿刺,顺利获得病理组织,术后无气胸、出血等并发症发生。结论超声介入性诊断对乳腺肿块穿刺活检准确性高,价格实惠,可在基层医院开展,值得临床推广应用。

Application of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy of breast mass in primary hospital

Objective To investigate the significance of interventional ultrasound-guided needle biopsy to diagnose breast cancer in primary hospital.Methods The needle biopsy was performed in the breast masses of 46 patients using Mindray M7 ultrasound machine,automatic bud gun,and 14G/16G coarse needle. Results All the 46 patients were successfully punctured under the guidance of ultrasound,and pathological tissues were obtained with no pneumothorax, postoperative bleeding and other complications.Conclusion The diagnostic rate of interventional ultrasound-guided needle biopsy on breast mass is high and the price is materially beneficial,which can be feasible in primary hospitals, is worthy of clinical promotion.
