依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方案选择本院2009年5月～2012年5月神经内科治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为92．50％，对照组的总有效率为77．50％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉可以有助于消除氧自由基改良急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺失情况，并且具有较高的安全性。

Clinical efficacy observation of edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in department of neurology of our hospital from May 2009 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group received additional edaravone on the basis of conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group treatment was 92.50%,and the observation group was 77.50%,the differences was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Edaravone is conducive to eliminating oxygen free radi- cals,it can improve the neurological deficits of the patients with acute cerebral infarction and with high safety.
