盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗40例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,观察组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组复发率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者疗效佳,能有效减少患者的复发。

Clinical study of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of 40 cases of chronic abacterial prostatitis

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis.Methods Eighty cases of chronic abacterial prostatitis patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.Control group were given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules.Observation group were given tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release cap sules combined with celecoxib capsules.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50% of the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.50%,which was less than 25.00% of the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of pa tients with chronic abacterial prostatitis effect is good,can effectively reduce the recurrence of patients.
