疼痛教育在护士疼痛专科护理中的应用研究

目的探讨疼痛教育项目对上海某三级甲等医院护士疼痛专科护理实践产生的效果。方法应用护士疼痛知识和态度调查问卷,对86名护士实施疼痛教育,评价护士疼痛管理知识水平、态度及存在的不足之处。对比干预前后护士的疼痛重视程度、临床疼痛护理知识的提高、护士对疼痛认知的改变度等。结果与疼痛教育前比较,教育后调查对象对疼痛护理知识的总体水平明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论在规范化治疗的前提下,开展疼痛教育项目可明显提高护士疼痛知识水平及改善疼痛管理态度,将疼痛教育纳入护理三基培训中,推广于临床护理人员,对临床疼痛护理起到了积极的促进作用。

Research of pain education project on the application of nurse pain specific nursing

Objective To discuss the pain education project a level 3 grade a hospitals nurses pain effect of specialist nursing practice in Shanghai City. Methods The nurses knowledge and attitudes survey questionnaire was applied,86 cases of nurses were given with pain education,and the nurse measure pain management knowledge level,attitude and existing deficiencies was measured.the pain pain degree,the increase of clinical pain nursing knowledge,cognitive change degree of pain for nurses,etc. was compared before and after the intervention. Results Compared with before the pain education,the overall level of nursing knowledge of pain of the respondents was significantly elevated after the education（P ＆lt; 0.01）. Conclusion On the premise of standardization treatment,pain education projects can obviously improve the level of nurses pain knowledge and improve pain management attitude, bring the pain education into the nursing three basic training,and promote it in clinical nursing,the patients can achieve effective analgesia,it plays a positive role in promoting clinical pain nursing.
