细节管理在防止血液内科住院患者跌倒中的应用

目的探讨细节管理在防止血液内科住院患者跌倒中的应用。方法对2011年1～12月血液内科住院患者跌倒事件进行分析，总结跌倒原因，再对2012年1～12月血液内科患者实施细节管理，完善防跌倒措施：对血液内科住院患者进行全面动态评估，改善住院环境，提高护士安全意识，重视健康宣传，加强督查力度，增进护患沟通，有效预防医疗纠纷。结果实施细节管理后，2012年1～12月血液内科住院患者无一例跌倒现象。结论细节管理对预防血液内科住院患者跌倒有着积极的作用。

Application of details management in prevention of falls of inpatients in hematology department

Objective To investigate the application of details management in the prevention of falls of inpatients in hematology department. Methods The fall incidents of inpatients in the hematology department from January 2011 to December 2011 were analyzed and the causes of fall were summarized. Then the details management was implemented among the inpatients in the hematology department from January 2012 to December 2012 and the preventative mea- sures of fall were improved through evaluated all the inpatients in the hematology department overall and dynamically, improved the hospital environment, improved nurses＂ safety awareness, payed attention to health promotion, strength- ened supervision and inspection efforts and increased nurse-patient communication for the purpose of preventing med- ical disputes. Results After implementation of details management, none fall incident was observed among the inpa- tients in the hematology department from January 2012 to December 2012. Conclusion Details management plays a positive and important role in the prevention of fall of the inpatients in the hematology department.
