患者输血前相关传染病感染状况调查分析

目的调查分析患者在输血前感染输血相关传染病的状况。方法对本院2010年1月～2012年12月3127例拟输血患者进行输血前血清乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）、丙型肝炎病毒抗体（抗-HCVIgG）、人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体（抗-HIVAb）、梅毒螺旋体抗体（TPPA）检测。结果 HBsAg、抗-HCVIgG、抗-HIVAb和TPPA阳性率依次为13.30%、0.86%、0.42%和2.05%,总阳性率为16.63%（520/3127）;2012年与2010年比较,梅毒增长率为1.39%,艾滋病增长率为0.61%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2012年乙型肝炎首次发现率（25.92%）与2010年乙型肝炎首次发现率（39.13%）比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论拟输血患者在输血前已有16.63%的患者感染乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病、梅毒相关输血感染性疾病,梅毒与艾滋病有上升趋势,乙型肝炎输血前首次发现率有下降趋势。

Survey and analysis of status about infectious diseases before blood transfusion

Objective To survey and analyze the status of infectious diseases before blood transfusion. Methods HB- sAg,anti-HCV antibody,anti-HIV antibody and TPPA were detected on 3127 cases of blood recipients before transfusion from the inpatients in our hospital during January 2010 to December 2012. Results The positive rate of HBsAg, anti-HCV,anti-HIV antibody and TPPA were 13.30%,0.86%,0.42% and 2.05%,respectively,the total positive rate was 16.63%.Comparison of 2012 and 2010,the growth rate of syphilis was 1.39%,while AIDS growth rate was 0.61%,there was significant difference （P ＆lt; 0.05）.The first discovery rate of hepatitis B was 25.92% in 2012 and was 39.13% in 2010,the difference was statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion There are 16.63% patients infected with hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis and AIDS before transfusion.Patients for syphilis and AIDS is on the rise,the first discovery rate of hepatitis B before transfusion is on a downward trend.
