罗盖全冲击联合血液灌流治疗维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺功能亢进的效果观察

目的观察罗盖全冲击治疗联合血液灌流治疗维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺功能亢进的效果。方法选取维持性血液透析患者30例,将其随机分为两组,治疗组给予罗盖全冲击联合血液灌流治疗,对照组仅给予罗盖全冲击治疗,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后尿素氮、血清肌酐、继发性甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷的变化。结果治疗组治疗前后甲状旁腺素及血磷差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,对照组治疗前后甲状旁腺激素及血磷差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论罗盖全联合血流灌流治疗维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺功能亢进效果显著,且患者皮肤瘙痒症状改善明显。

Efficacy observation of rocaltrol impact combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of hyperthyroidism of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To observe the efficacy of rocaltrol impact therapy combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of the patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 30 cases of patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given rocaltrol impact therapy combined with hemoperfusion and the control group was only given rocaltrol impact therapy.The treatment course consisted of 4 weeks.The changes of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,secondary parathyroid hormone,blood calcium and blood phosphorus were observed. Results In the treatment group,the decreases of parathyroid hormone and serum phosphate had statistically significant differences between before and after the treatment （ P 0.01）.In the control group,the decreases of parathyroid hormone and serum phosphate had statistical differences between before and after the treatment （P 0.05）. Conclusion Rocaltrol impact therapy combined with hemoperfusion has remarkable efficacy in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of the patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis and the patients ＇ skin itching symptoms improved significantly.
