卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果观察

目的分析卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果。方法随机将本院收治的100例高血压患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组患者采用卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者收缩压以及舒张压的下降程度明显高于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组的治疗的总有效率为96．0％，对照组治疗的总有效率为78．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论卡托普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果明显，且不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

Effect observation of Captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 100 cases of hypertension patients who had been treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were mainly treated with nifedipine extended release tablets,and the observation group were treated with eaptopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets,then the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group droped significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 96.0% ,and that of patients in the control group was 78.0% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of captopril combined with nifedipine extended release tablets is obviously,and it also has less adverse reactions and higher safety,so deserves to he widely promoted in the clinical.
