胎膜早破导致的羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨早产胎膜早破导致的羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响。方法采用回顾性分析的方法将2012年8月-2013年1月于大连市妇产医院诊断并治疗的妊娠28～35周胎膜早破导致的羊水过少孕妇45例作为研究组，羊水正常的孕妇80例作为对照组，比较两组孕妇的分娩方式与妊娠结局。结果研究组孕妇的胎儿窘迫、宫内感染、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息的发生率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论重视早产胎膜早破引起的羊水过少，可以减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Effect on pregnancy outcome of oligohydramnios caused by premature rupture of membrane

Objective To investigate the effect on pregnancy outcome of oligohydramnios caused by premature rupture of membrane. Methods Used retrospective analysis method,45 cases of pregnancy with oligohydramnios caused by pre- mature rupture of membrane in 28-35 weeks of gestation,who were diagnosed and treated in Dalian Maternity Hospital from August 2012 to January 2013,were selected as study group.80 pregnancies with normal amniotic fluid were cho- sen as control group.Delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of pregnancy in two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of fetal distress,intrauterine infection,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia of pregnancy in study group compared with that in control group,the difference between two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The value of oligohydramnios caused by premature rupture of membrane can reduce the occurrence of ad- verse pregnancy outcome.
