| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性肾小球肾炎患者焦虑抑郁心理的护理要点。方法将122例患者随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予综合护理干预，应用综合医院焦虑抑郁评定量表评定患者的心理状态，比较两组干预效果。结果护理干预后干预组焦虑抑郁发生率明显降低（P〈0．05）．对照组焦虑抑郁发生率护理干预前后差异无统计学意义。结论对慢性肾小球‘肾炎患者实施以心理和行为干预为主的护理措施能改善患者的焦虑抑郁心理。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing points of anxiety depression psychological in chronic glomerulonephritispatients. Methods 122 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group was given conventional nursing care, intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, anxiety and depres- sion rating scale were used to evaluate the patient＇s mental state and nursing intervention effect of two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, incidence of anxiety depression of intervention group was significantly reduced （P 〈 0.05）, the incidence of control group was not significantly reduced. Conclusion Psychological and behav- ior intervention of nursing measures can improve anxiety and depression of chronic glomerulonephritis patients. |
