剖宫产术中舌下含化米索前列醇预防产后出血的临床研究

目的研究剖宫产术中舌下含化米索前列醇在预防产后出血中的作用。方法将无前列腺素应用禁忌证的剖宫产患者随机分为米索前列醇组（研究组）和对照组,在胎儿娩出后,分别给予米索前列醇和安慰剂。结果研究组产后出血的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,研究组术中出血及胎儿娩出后24h内出血总量均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,研究组用药前后收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产术中舌下含化米索前列醇是一种作用强、起效快、安全简便的预防产后出血方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research on sublingual misoprostol during caesarean section in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To study the effect of sublingual misoprostol during caesarean section in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Cesarean patients with no contraindication to prostaglandin were randomly divided into misoprostol group （study group） and control group,and were given respectively misoprostol and placebo in postpartum. Results the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P＆lt;0.01）, hemorrhage during operation and the total amount of bleeding during 2 hours after birth were clearly lower than those of control group （P＆lt;0.01）,and there was no obvious difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after administration in study group （P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion Sublingual misoprostol during caesarean section is a powerful,fast effective,safe and simple method to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and is worthy popularizing in clinical practice.
