颅内多发动脉瘤的显微手术治疗效果

摘    要:目的探讨颅内多发动脉瘤的显微手术治疗效果。方法以本院2010年7月~2013年1月收治的颅内多发动脉瘤行显微手术治疗患者12例为研究对象,探讨显微外科手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤的方法和技巧。结果12例患者经过开颅显微手术治疗的全部26个动脉瘤均夹闭成功,在术后康复方面,有8例恢复良好,3例有轻度残疾,1例重度残疾,所有患者在术后进行CTA或DSA复查时,都未见动脉瘤显影,证明动脉瘤已成功被夹闭。结论颅内多发动脉瘤显微手术方法复杂,需要结合患者的实际情况制订个性化的手术方案,诊断上需注意判断责任动脉瘤的所在位置,在治疗过程中,要注意对责任动脉瘤的正确处理,并尽早、尽量地通过一期手术处理所有动脉瘤,以取得较好的临床效果。

The therapeutic effect of multiple intracranial aneurysms by microsurgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of multiple intracranial aneurysms(MIAs)by microsurgery.Methods 12 patients with MIAs admitted into our hospital from July 2010 to January 2013 were selected as the re search objects for the purposes of exploring the therapeutic effects of MIAs by microsurgery as well as summarizing its methods and skills.Results After microsurgery,26 arterial aneurysms of 12 cases of patients were successfully clipped.In the aspect rehabilitation,the number of good recovery,mild disability,and severe disability was 8,3 and 1 respectively.During computed tomography angiography(CTA) or digital subtraction angiography(DSA)for reexamination after micro surgery,there was no visualized image of arterial aneurysm,which testified the successful clip of arterial aneurysm.Conclusion The microsurgical method to remove MIAs is so complicated.The establishment of individualized surgical regi men is based on the actual situation of each patient.In diagnosis,it is necessary to estimate the location of the key arterial aneurysm.In the course of treatment,correctly dealing with the key arterial aneurysm and removing all arterial aneurysms in one stage surgery as soon as possible should be attached great importance in order to obtain favorable clinical effects.
