卡培他滨治疗胃癌的临床分析

目的观察卡培他滨对胃癌患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2012年3月～2013年1月收治的20例胃癌患者的临床资料,采用卡培他滨治疗,观察治疗后的效果。结果治疗后,完全缓解3例,部分缓解6例,稳定5例,进展6例,治疗总有效率达45％。患者不良反应多为l度毒性反应,对患者身体影响不明显。患者不良症状得以改善,满意度提高,治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论卡培他滨在胃癌的治疗中有较好的效果,虽有副作用,但不影响治疗效果,对于老年患者特别适宜。

Clinical analysis of capecitabine in the treatment of gastric cancer

Objective To observe the curative effect of capecitabine in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods The treatment data of 20 cases of patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2013 were retro- spectively analysed,were given capecitabine,after treatment,the effect was observed.Results In 20 patients,3 cases of patients were CR,6 patients were PR,5 patients were SD,6 patients were PD,the total effective rate was 45%.The ad- verse reaction of patients mostly was toxic reaction degree 1,it had no significant effect on body.Adverse symptoms of patients were improved,the degree of satisfaction with the increase,there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Capecitabine has a good effect in the treatment of gastric cancer.Although it has side effect,it does not affect the treat- ment effect,so it is particularly suitable for elderly patients.
