动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常的临床效果比较

目的比较动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常的临床效果。方法收集2011年7月～2012年7月于本院接受治疗的冠心病患者90例,采用动态心电图与常规心电图检查,比较两种检查方法对心肌缺血及心律失常的诊断价值。结果动态心电图检查显示心肌缺血的阳性率为90.00%,高于常规心电图52.22%,两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;动态心电图检查显示房性心律失常、室性心律失常、短阵室上速、房室传导阻滞阳性率（75.56%、76.67%、34.44%、20.00%）明显高于常规心电图（45.56%、46.67%、8.89%、6.67%）,两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论动态心电图可有效提高冠心病患者心肌缺血及心律失常诊断的准确率,协助临床治疗,值得临床推广。

Clinical effects comparison of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional ECG in diagnosis of coronary heart disease for patients with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional ECG in diagnosis of coronary heart disease for patients with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were detected by dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional ECG.The diagnosis effect of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of the two groups were compared.Results The myocardial ischemia positive rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 90.00%,it was higher than 52.22% of the conventional ECG,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;dynamic electrocardiography showed that atrial arrhythmias,ventricular arrhythmias,short paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia,atrioventricular block positive rate were 75.56%,76.67%,34.44%,20.00%,higher than 45.56%,46.67%,8.89%,6.67% of the conventional ECG,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Dynamic ECG can effectively improve the diagnosis accuracy rate of coronary heart disease in patients with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia,assist clinical effective treatment,it is worthy to be promoted in clinic.
