新形势下职业健康监护工作中存在的问题及对策

新形势下,政府对劳动者的职业健康越来越重视。笔者基于多年的工作经验,详细地调研了相关部门存在的问题,如政府部门没有充分重视劳动者的健康权益,投入资金少;卫生监督机构执法人员专业素养低、人员少、经费不足;劳动者文化水平低,无法掌握职业危害和防护知识;企业单位遵纪守法意识弱,不能贯彻执行职业病防护措施;部分职业健康检查机构无资质,不能从事职业健康检查等情况。应组织职业健康监护专业技术人员研究解决措施,以提高职业健康监护工作的质量。

The problems and countermeasures of occupational health surveillance in nowadays

In nowdays the government emphasizes on the occupational health of workers.This paper details the prob lems of the relevant departments,such as the government departments has not full attention to the laborers＇ health rights and interests,less investment;the health supervised agency has law enforcement,fewer personnel,and fewer funds,the workers has low cultural level and does not understand or grasp the occupational hazards and protective knowledge,the company has low law-abiding consciousness and does not have the implementation of occupational protective measures and related policies,the occupational health inspection agencies have not qualification and can＇t check the workers＇ health.This paper has researched solutions to improve the quality of occupational health surveil lance work.
