罗定市中小学教师心理健康调查

目的了解罗定市中小学教师心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90、HAMA、HAMD等症状自评量表作为筛查工具，对罗定市42所中小学1260名教师进行问卷调查。结果罗定市中小学教师SCL-90的总分、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性项目评分均稍高于国内常模，中小学不同性别教师SCL-90各因子评分差异均无统计学意义；中心学校教师各因子评分均高于非中心学校教师；HAMA评定18．99％的教师有焦虑症状，HAMD评定16．72％的教师患有忧郁症状。结论罗定市中小学教师存在着一定的心理健康问题，男教师较女教师严重，中心学校教师较非中心学校教师严重，教育主管部门和社会需高度重视教师的心理健康。

Psychological health investigation of primary and secondary school teach- ers in Luoding city

Objective To understand the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Luoding city. Methods 1260 teachers from 42 primary and secondary schools were investigated with SCL-90,HAMA and HAMD. Results Compared the factor scores of primary and secondary school teachers in Luoding city with the normal mode of China,the result showed that the total scores of SCL-90,somatization,compulsion,melancholy,anxiety,hostile, phobia,paranoia,psychsis subscale in primary and secondary school teachers were higher.There was no significant dif- ference between the factors of SCL-90 in different gender of primary and secondary school teachers.Each factor of key middle school teachers was higher than that of ordinary ones.18.99% of the teachers were found with curious symptom in HAMA and the depression rate was 16.72% in HAMD. Conclusion There are certain mental health problems be- tween the primary and secondary school teachers in Luoding city,and the mental health status of male teachers is more serious than female teachers,key middle school teachers is more serious than that of ordinary ones,so the education de- partments and society should attach great importance to teachers＂ mental health
