300例足月妊娠孕妇四维超声诊断羊水过少的妊娠结局分析

目的探讨四维超声诊断足月妊娠孕妇羊水过少的临床价值和羊水过少的妊娠结局。方法选取在本院住院分娩的300例超声诊断羊水过少的足月妊娠孕妇设为观察组,随机选取300例正常羊水量的孕妇作为对照组,对比分析两组的妊娠结局。结果观察组四维超声诊断羊水过少的正确率为92%,观察组的妊娠并发症的发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论四维超声诊断足月妊娠孕妇羊水过少有很好的临床价值,羊水过少会导致很多妊娠并发症的发生,及早诊断和选择合适的生产方式终止妊娠能有效预防损害,改善预后。

Analysis of pregnancy outcome in 300 gravidas of full-term pregnancy with oligohydramnios diagnosed by four dimensional ultrasound

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of oligohydramnios in pregnant women of full-term pregnancy and pregnancy outcome of oligohydramnios.Methods 300 gravidas of full-term pregnancy with oligohydramnios diagnosed by ultrasound were selected as the observation group.300 gravidas of normal amniotic fluid were randomly selected as the control group,pregnancy outcome of two groups was compared.Results The correct rate oligohydramnios diagnosed by four dimensional ultrasound of gravidas of full-term pregnancy was 92%,significantly higher than the control group,incidence rate of pregnancy complications in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Four dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of oligohydramnios of full-term pregnant women has a good clinical value.The oligohydramnios will increase the incidence of pregnancy complications,early diagnosing and selecting suitable production mode terminate pregnancy can effectively prevent damage and improve prognosis.
