心力衰竭患者脑钠肽与左室射血分数的相关性研究

目的研究心力衰竭患者脑钠肽与左室射血分数（LVEF）的相关性。方法回顾性分析本院2011年10月～2012年10月收治的50例心力衰竭患者的临床资料。结果心功能Ⅱ级组、心功能Ⅲ级组、心功能Ⅳ级组3组患者在稳定期和失代偿期的脑钠肽值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,说明脑钠肽的升高和NYHA分级之间具有很好的相关性;3组患者在稳定期的左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）和LVEF比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但是在失代偿期比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论脑钠肽的升高和NYHA分级、LVEF和稳定期NYHA分级有关,而和失代偿期NYHA分级没有明显的相关性。

Correlation study of brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with heart failure

Objective To study the correlation between the brain natriuretic peptide and the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） in patients with heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 was analyzed retrospectively.Results The brain natriuretic peptide value between the stable stage and the decompensated stage was compared in the Grade Ⅱ cardiac function group,Grade Ⅲ cardiac function group and Grade Ⅳ cardiac function group and there was a statistical difference among the three groups（P＆lt;0.05）,it indicated that there existed a good correlation between the elevation of brain natriuretic peptide and the NYHA grade;the left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD） and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the stable stage was compared and there was a statistical difference among the three groups（P＆lt;0.05）,but there was no statistical difference in the decompensated stage（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Elevation of brain natriuretic peptide has a correlation to NYHA grade,left ventricular ejection fraction and heart failure grade in the stable stage,but does not have significant correlation to heart failure grading in the decompensated stage.
