摘    要:目的探讨心理护理和健康教育在肺结核肺叶切除患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院67例肺结核肺叶切除患者,随机分为对照组34例,进行常规护理,观察组33例,在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理和健康教育。比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度及对肺结核肺叶切除知识的掌握程度。结果观察组患者的焦虑和抑郁程度均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组患者知识掌握率为97.0%,对照组为76.5%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在肺结核肺叶切除患者中应用心理护理和健康教育,可有效减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁心理.提高患者对肺结核肺叶切除知识的掌握程度,提高患者的自护保健能力。

Application of psychological nursing and health education in patients un- dergoing tuberculosis lobectomy

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and health education in patients undergoing tuber- culosis lobectomy. Methods 67 cases of patients with tuberculosis lobectomy were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) which used usual care and observation group (33 cases) which used psychological nursing and health educa- tion on the basis of routine nursing. The degree of anxiety, depression and knowledge on tuberculosis lobectomy be- tween the two groups were compared. Rusults The observation group of patients with anxiety and depression we're sig- nificantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.05); The level of knowledge in observation group was 97.0%, while the control group was 76.5%, The differences was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and health education in patients with tuberculosis lobectomy can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression, improve the mastery of knowledge of tuberculosis lobectomy, improve the ability of self-care and health care.
