右美托咪啶对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后认知功能的影响

目的探讨右美托咪啶对老年患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术术后认知功能的影响。方法选取100例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的老年患者为研究对象，运用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，比较两组患者围术期变量和术后认知功能障碍发生率。结果观察组术后认知功能障碍发生率为2．00％．对照组患者术后认知功能障碍发生率为14．00％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者苏醒、拔管时间以及瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚总量均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论右美托咪啶能够降低腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者术后认知功能障碍的发生，维持血流动力学稳定。

Influence of cognitive function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in el- derly patients by dexmedetomidine hydrochloride

Objective To investigate the influence of cognitive function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients by dexmedetomidine hydrochloride. Methods One hundred patients with laparoscopic cbolecystectomy were chosen as the research object, they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random num- ber table. The patients with per/operative variables and the incidence of postoperative cognitive function obstacle were compared of the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative cognitive function obstacle in patients of the ob- servation group was 2.00%, the incidence of postoperative cognitive function obstacle in patients of the control group was 14.00%, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, the recovery time, extubation time, the total amount of remifentanil and propofol in the observation group were lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride can reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive function obstacle in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and maintain stable hemodvnamics.
