基层医院儿童哮喘综合健康管理效果评价

目的探讨基层医院儿童哮喘综合健康管理的效果。方法将2011年3月～2012年3月在本院就诊的280例哮喘患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各140例,两组均采用同样的诊疗方法,实验组在此基础上给予儿童哮喘综合健康管理：①专职护士电话随防及上门访视指导;②定期组织活动;③与社区联合管理。比较两组的治疗效果、复发率。结果实验组患儿临床症状消失平均天数为4d,半年内及1年内复发率分别为11.43%、12.86%,对照组患儿临床症状消失平均天数为6d,半年内及1年内复发率分别为36.23%、39.29%,实验组在缩短治疗疗程、减少复发率方面显著优于对照组。结论基层医院进行儿童哮喘综合健康管理,可提高哮喘患儿的生活质量,减轻家庭及社会的负担。

Effect evaluation of the comprehensive health management with the asthmatic children in primary hospitals

Objective To investigate the effects of the comprehensive health management with the asthmatic children in primary hospitals. Methods 280 cases of the asthmatic children in our hospital from the periods of March 2011 to March 2012,ther were randomly divided into the experimental group 140cases and control group of 140 cases,two groups were treated with the same methods of diagnosis and treatment of asthma in children,the experimental group was given comprehensive health management at the same time,which includes： ①A full-time nurse telephone follow-up and on-site visit guidance;②Regularly organizing activities; ③The United Management with community.The effects of treatment and relapse rate were compared between the two groups. Results The time of clinical symptoms disappearance was 4 days on average in the experimental group,the recurrence rates in half year and one year respectively were 11.43%,12.86% in the experimental group.The time of clinical symptoms disappearance was 6 days on average in the control group.The recurrence rates in half year and one year respectively were 36.23%,39.29% in the control group.By comparison the results of two groups,the effect of shortening treatment course and reducing the recurrence rate in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The significant effect can be obstained in shortening course of treatment and reducing the recurrence rate by means of the integrated health management with the asthma children in primary hospitals.
