传统与改良式子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能的影响

目的探讨传统与改良式子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选择2012年1月～2013年1月在本院接受治疗的100例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例,实验组用改良式子宫切除术治疗,对照组用传统式子宫切除术,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组术后激素水平比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论改良式子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤患者卵巢功能影响较小,优于传统式子宫切除术。

The influence of ovarian function in hysteromyoma patients by traditional hysterectomy and modified hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the influence of ovarian function in hysteromyoma patients by traditional hys terectomy and modified hysterectomy.Methods One hundred hysteromyoma patients who were treated at our hospital from January 2012 and January 2013 were chosen as research objects.They were divided into the experimental group（50 cases）and the control group（50 cases） by random number table,the patients in the control group were given tradi tional hysterectomy,the patients in experimental group were given modified hysterectomy,the clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay and anal exhaust time of two groups compared,the difference was statistical significant（P0.05）,hormone levels in experimental group were significantly different from the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The modified hysterectomy can obtain satisfactory curative effect for patients with hysteromyoma,it is superior to traditional hysterectomy.
