椎弓根螺钉加椎间融合器植骨融合术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的效果分析

目的探讨椎弓根螺钉加椎间融合器植骨融合术（PLIF）治疗腰椎管狭窄症的效果。方法选取2011年7月～2012年12月来本院治疗的腰椎管狭窄患者42例作为观察对象,其中行PLIF治疗20例,设为观察组,余22例行常规术式,设为对照组,观察比较两组的疗效及术前与术后3个月的视觉模拟评分（VAS）及Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）的变化情况。结果观察组的有效率达95.00%,对照组的有效率达81.82%,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组与对照组的VAS、ODI分别较术前明显降低,且观察组术后较对照组降低明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PLIF治疗腰椎管狭窄症有良好的早期疗效,可明显改善患者的疼痛症状,值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion for lumbar spinal stenosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of posterior lumbar interbody fusion（PLIF）for lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods 42 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（n=20）and the control group（n=22）.The observation group was given PLIF and the control group was given the surgery of conventional type.The clinical outcomes,VAS and ODI before surgery and three months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group（95.00%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（81.82%）,there was statistical difference（P＆lt;0.05）.VAS score and ODI were both significantly reduced after surgery in the two groups,and the observa tion group reduced significantly than that in the control group after surgery,there was statistical difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion PLIF has good early results,can significantly improve patient’s pain symptom,and should be expanded in clinic.
