医学检验技术专业人才培养模式的创新研究与实践

通过创建医学检验技术专业＂学院与附属医院＋基层医院＂人才培养模式,实现学院与基层医院互利共赢的校企合作办学;实现了专业与行业的对接、毕业生与用人单位对接。该人才培养模式是培养面向基层医院实用性医学检验技术人才的有效途径,为基层医院培养实用性人才发挥了重要作用,在中西部经济欠发达地区高职院校医学检验技术人才培养中起到了一定的示范作用,值得推广。

Innovative research and practice of talent-training mode majored in medical laboratory technology

By establishing the talent-training mode of college and its affiliated hospital primary hospital in medical laboratory technology major,it achieved win-win cooperation in running school by college and primary hospital,docking between major and vocation,and connection between graduate and employer.The talent-training mode was an effective way to cultivate the practical medical laboratory technician for the purpose of getting a job in primary hospital.It played an important role in cultivation of practical medical students in primary hospital and had a certain demonstra tion effect in the cultivation of medical laboratory technicians from other vocational colleges in the underdeveloped central and western regions,which is worthy of extension.
