布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童哮喘的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童哮喘的临床效果。方法选择本院2009年1月~2012年10月收治的使用布地奈德气雾剂治疗的儿童哮喘患者100例作为观察组,另选取本院往期采用常规化痰、止咳、支气管扩张药物吸人治疗的100例儿童哮喘患者作为对照组,采用峰流速仪监测用力肺活量(FVC),第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力呼气中期流速FEF(25%~75%)1等指标变化情况,并观察1年内哮喘发作情况及治疗前后住院状况。结果治疗后观察组FVC、FEV1、FEF(25%~75%)等指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组总有效率为79.0%,观察组总有效牢为96.0%,差异有统计学意义(x^2=6.182,P〈0.05)。结论布地奈德气雾剂治疗儿童哮喘不良反应少,安全有效,方法简便,值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation of budesonide aerosol in treatment of children with cough variant asthma

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide aerosol in treatment of children with cough vari- ant asthma. Methods 100 cases of children with asthma who were treated with budesonide aerosol in our hospital from January 2009 to October 2012 were selected as observation group.And then 100 cases of children with asthma who were given general expectorant,antitussive and bronchodilators therapy were selected as control group.The forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volumein I second(FEV1) forced expiratory interim flow rate FEF(25%~75%) were monitored by peak flow meter,then asthma attacks within 1 year and hospitalization status before and after the treat- ment were observed. Results The FVC,FEVI,FEF (25%~75%) of the treatment group were all significantly better than that of control group(P〈0.05);total effective rate of control group and treatment group was 79.0% and 96.0% respective- ly,the differences were all statistically significant (x^2=6.182,P〈0.05). Conclusion Budesonide aerosol has less side ef- fects,and with good safety and efficacy in treatment of childhood asthma,and the method is simple,it is worthy of pro- motion in clinic.
