习术期护理干预在电视胸腔镜手术肺部感染预防中的应用

目的探讨围术期护理干预在电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）肺部感染预防中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本科2009年5月2013年3月开展的50例胸腔镜手术资料及随访情况，总结围术期护理干预对并发症的预防作用。结果本组50例患者手术均获成功，术后发生肺不张1例，肺部感染4例，胸腔积液2例，持续肺漏气（肺泡胸膜瘘）3例，低氧血症1例，无胸内活动性出血。术后发热4例，痰培养阳性6例。随访1～3个月，生活质量恢复良好。结论围术期护理干预对保证VATS效果及预防术后并发症有重要作用。

Application of perioperative nursing intervention to prevent lung infection in video-assisted thoracic surgery

Objective To discuss the application of perioperative nursing intervention to prevent lung infection in videoassisted thoracic surgery（VATS）. Methods Clinical data of 50 patients who were given VATS in our health station from May 2009 to March 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, to conclude the effects of perioperative nursing interven- tion in preventing complications. Results All 50 patients got successful surgery. After surgery, there was 1 case of at electasis, 4 cases of lung infection, 2 cases of pleural effusion, 3 cases of persistent pulmonary air leaks （alveolar fistula）, 1 case of hypoxemia, 4 cases of fever, and 6 cases with positive sputum culture. No intrathoracic active bleeding oc- curred. The patients were followed up for 1 to 3 months, quality of life recover better. Conclusion Perioperative nurs- ing intervention is helpful in guaranteeing VATS effect and achieving complications.
