摘    要:目的研究不同浓度孕酮对正常人精子质量参数的影响。方法取正常精液样本20例,经梯度离心法获得精子,稀释后配成浓度为2×107/m1的精子悬液,分别加入不同浓度的孕酮,37℃恒温箱孵育60分钟,观察不同浓度孕酮对精子质量参数的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,孕酮浓度为0.1μmol/L、0.5μmol/L、1μmol/L组在曲线速度、直线速度、侧摆幅值、线性度、前向性、鞭打频率、摆动性的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);孕酮浓度为5μmol/L。20μmol/L组在曲线速度、鞭打频率、摆动性的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在直线速度、侧摆幅值、线性度、前向性的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);孕酮浓度为500μmol/L组在曲线速度、直线速度、侧摆幅值、线性度、前向性、鞭打频率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而鞭打频率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论一定浓度的孕酮提高精子质量,过高的孕酮浓度可以降低人精子活动力,低浓度的孕酮对精子质量参数无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of different concentration of progesterone on normal sperm quality parameters. Methods Normal semen samples of 20 cases were used to obtain sperm through gradient centrifugation and were made into a suspension of the sperm concentration 2 × 107 /ml after dilution, to which different concentrations of 173860728@qq. com progesterone were added for incubation at 37℃ for 60 minutes in thermotank to observe the effect of different concentrations of progesterone on sperm quality parameters. Results The blank control group and the groups of different progesterone concentrations of 0. μmol/L, 0.5μmol/Land 1μmol/L showed no significant difference in curvilinear veloeity(VCL), straight line velocity(VSL),amplitude of lateral displacement(ALH), lineatity(LIN),straightness(STR), beat-cross frequency(BCF)or Wobble (WOB( P 〉0.05)). The groups of progesterone concentrations of 5μmol / L and 20μmol / L and the control group showed significant difference in VCL, BCF and WOB( P 〈0.05), but no significant difference in VSL, ALH, LIN or STR( P 〉0.05). The group of progesterone concentration of 500μmol / L and the control group showed significant difference in VCL, VSL,I.IN and STR( P 〈0.05), but no significant difference in BCF( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The certain concentration of progesterone can improve sperm quality, high progesterone concentrations were significantly reduced human sperm motility, but low concentrations of progesterone were no significant effect of sperm quality parameters.
