吸脂加切除方法治疗男性乳房肥大症

目的：总结吸脂加切除方法治疗男性乳房肥大症的经验及适应证的选择。方法：采用乳晕下边缘小切口先行胸部吸脂而后切除乳腺腺体的手术方法。结果：1996～2004年共对68例发病3～10年的男性乳房肥大患者进行了手术治疗，术后随访半年至4年，均达到满意的外观效果。结论：吸脂加腺体切除方法治疗男性乳房肥大症具有手术操作简单，切口痕迹不明显，并发症少，治疗彻底，外形改善好的优点，应成为外科治疗的常规方法。

Treatment of gynecomastia with liposuction and excision

Objective To summarize surgical treatment of gynecomastia with liposuction and excision,and selection of indication. Methods Through the incision along the inferior margin of the areolar, treatment with liposuction of chest and excision of parenchyma of breast was used. Results From 1996 to 2004, 68 cases (case history from 3 years to 10 years)were treated with the method and 6 months to 4 years follow-up showed good results. Conclusion Treatment with liposuction and excision has the advantages of simple, indistinct incision scar, less complication ,complete and satisfactory contour changing.It should be the routine surgical treatment of gynecomastia.
