| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨C-肽对糖尿病微血管病变的临床价值。方法：随机选择2型糖尿病合并微血管病变患者40例为观察组，对照组40例为2型糖尿病无微血管病变患者200例。观察两组患者的血清C-肽水平的变化情况。结果：2型糖尿病合并微血管病变组中血清C肽水平的表达与未合并微血管病变组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论；表明糖尿病患者体内血清C-肽水平与微血管的发生关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the C - peptide on diabetic microangiopathy clinical value. Method randomly selected type 2 diabetic microangiopathy in patients with 40 cases for the observation group and control group of 40 patients with type 2 diabetes without microangiopathy in patients with 200 cases. Two groups were observed in patients with serum C - peptide levels was observed. In type 2 diabetic microangiopathy group, the expression of serum C - peptide levels combined with non - microangiopathy group, the difference was significant （ P ＆lt;0.05 ）. Conclusions - Ming diabetic patients the serum C - peptide levels and the occurrence of mierovascular close. |
