| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法对黄藤素片中所含盐酸巴马汀含量测定的分析方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm×5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(26:74);检测波长:347nm;柱温:室温。结果盐酸巴马汀浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.50%,RSD为0.71%。结论方法分离度好,简便易行,具有良好的重现性,可用于黄藤素片中盐酸巴马汀的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop the method of HPLC to detect the palmatine hudrochloride content of Huangtengshu tablets.Methods: The method of HPLC is adapted on a Inertsil ODS-3 column(150mmx4.6mm,5um);the mobile phase consists of acetonitrile x 0.4% phosphoric acid(26:74);the detection wavelength is 347 nm;the column temperature is room temperature.Results: The standard curves of palmatine hydrochloride shows a good linearity,and the average recoveries is 98.5% with 0.71% RSD.Conclusions: This method is quick,simple and repeatable,and can be adapted to detect the palmatine hudrochloride content of Huangtengshu Tablets. |
