| 摘 要： | 目的：观察微创脑室穿刺引流加腰大池持续外引流术治疗脑室铸型出血的疗效.方法：对31例脑室铸型出血患者采用双侧或单侧脑室引流配合腰大池持续外引流,观察其疗效.结果：本组病人死亡3例（9.67%）,存活病人无脑积水发生.结论：该方法可以明显降低脑室铸型出血的死亡率,迅速清除脑室系统及蛛网膜下腔的积血,加快脑脊液正常化,减少脑积水等并发症.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the methods and evaluate the effect of treatment on intraventricular hemorrhage(TIH) of casting from.Method: 31 patients with TIH were treated with external drainage of univentriculopuncture & biventriculopuncture and inserting tube in lumbar cistern.Result: In this group,three patients died while 28 patients survived without the incidence of hydrocephalus.Conclusion: This method of treatment may drop the dying rate of TIH,rapidly clear the blood inside intraventricular and subrachnoid,improve the purification of cerebrospinal fluid,reduce the incidence of hydrocephalus. |
