| 摘 要： | 目的观察进展性缺血性脑卒中的临床治疗及相关因素分析。方法通过对我院收治的70例进展性缺血性脑卒中患者分组对照并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在治疗3d、14d后对患者进行神经功能缺损评分,观察组明显低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论进展性缺血性脑卒中与糖尿病、高血脂、高血压等因素有关,低分子肝素对该病的治疗能够获得较理想预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the progress of ischemic stroke clinical treatment and related factors.Methods through our hospital 70 patients with ischemic stroke in patients with advanced packet control and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the three days of treatment,fourteen days in patients with neurological deficit scores,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group;observation group total was significantly higher efficiency.The above differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The progressive ischemic stroke,diabetes,high cholesterol,high blood pressure and other factors related to low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of the disease can get better prognosis |
