| 摘 要： | 经过对胸痹心痛患者调查显示,其具有多个症候共同存在的特点,其中气阴两虚兼血瘀型占比例较大。文章认为该证候主要病机为患者年老体虚,阳微阴弦,久病伤其气阴,气血运行不畅,心血瘀阻,治宜益气养阴、活血化瘀,选方用生脉散合桃仁红花煎加减。

| Abstract: | A survey conducted in patients with chest stuffiness and pains shows that chest stuffiness and pains has characteristics of co - exist with multiple symptoms, in which patients of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis occupy a larger proportion. The article considers the main pathogenesis as the elderly physically weakness, in which case chronic illness hurt Qi and Yin, causing stagnation of heart - blood. The therapy method is replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin and activating blood and removing stasis with Shengmaisan plus Taorenhonghuajian. |
