阿立哌唑与奎的平治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的 评价阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 将68例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组34例和奎的平组34例。两组疗程均为8周，于治疗前及治疗第2、4、8W末采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效与药物不良反应。结果 两组间阳性与阴性症状量表同期比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。组内治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。阿立哌唑有效率91．17％，奎的平有效率88．23％，研究组不良反应较对照组少且轻，未发现体重及月经的改变。结论 阿立哌唑与奎的平疗效相当，不良反应少且轻，值得临床推广应用。

A Controlled Study of Aripiprazole versus Quetiapine in the Treatment of First-episode Schizophrenia

Objective To evaluate the curative effects and safety and of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 68 first-episode schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole group (n=34) and quetiapine group (n=34). The clinical therapeutics effectiveness and side effects were assessed with the Positive And Negative Symptom Scales (PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS) before treatment and at the ends of the 2nd, 4th and 8th week of treatment, respectively. Results There was no significant difference in comparisons of the corresponding period of the PANSS between the 2 groups (P>0.05), Pre-and post-treatment comparisons of intra-group both showed the significant difference (P<0.05). The effective rates of aripiprazole and quetiapine were 91.17%, and 88.23% respectively. The side effects in aripiprazole group were fewer and milder, Avoivdupois and catamenia changes were not found in this study. Conclusion Aripiprazole has corresponding curative effect with quetiapine, fewer and milder side effects, and deserves to be clinically popularized.
